Inclusion criteria: ASA I,ASA II patient Adequate nil by mouth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18yrs and more than 60 years Nasopharyngeal malignancy and oral malignancy Any facial bone fracture BMI more than 30 Cervical spine fracture Patient requiring an awake intubation Difficult mask holding like beard,heavy jaw, edentulous
