Intervention1: Mupirocin nasal wash: 15 gram of mupirocin to be added to 500 ml normal saline.patient advised to do nasal wash with 25 ml of solution in each nostril twice a day for 5 days.symptomatic

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with acute rhinosinusitis in ENT OPD, AVMC&H Age between 18 to 60 years Patient willing to give informed and written consent Patient willing to follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Symptoms for more than 4 weeks Critically ill patients Patient with asthma and any other allergic condition. 4. Previous history of any nose surgery.
