Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers under the age group 18-25 years showing features of Phubbing will be selected for the study. 2. The initial Psychometric assessment will be done on the basis of The Phubbing Scale. The final assessment will be done with the Phubbing scale and the Samjna Scale (which will be developed).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers of the age below 18 and above 25 years. 2. Volunteers with any type of listed Psychiatric disorders 3. Mentally challenged volunteers 4. Volunteers with any chronic systemic illness.
