Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consecutive children who underwent esophageal replacement by Reverse gastric tube and have atleast more than 5years followup Age and sex matched cohort of patients who underwent primary rwpair of esophagus healed without any complications and have atleast more than 5 year follow up Age and sec matchwd controls visisting pediatric surgery OPD for non esophageal problems
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who underwent esophageal replacement for other diseases Children who underwent primary repair for esophageal atresia and had anastomotic complications managed conservatively Children visiting Pediatric Surgery OPD for conditions that affect physical growth Children with diseases that can cause dysphagid and GERD Children with respiratory tract illnesses
