Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in group 1 will be between the ages of 20 and 25, while those in group 2 will be over 65 years, be able to walk outdoors and perform daily activities without assistance or assistive devices, to raise the upper limb by 90 to have corrected vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: orthopedic or neurological disabilities and musculoskeletal pain during daily activities and receiving medication, had congenital deformities.
