Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with GAD attending Psychiatry OPD, RIMS, Imphal. Mild and moderate GAD patients Age: 18 to 60 years Gender: Male and Female Willing to give written consent for participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe mental disorder Suicidal risk Patients with severe health problems (e.g., heart, back pain, not able to stand and walk, parallelizes) and pregnant women Patients having thyroid dysfunction Patients with substance abuse or dependence Physically unable to do Yoga or attend class Currently doing Yoga Illiterate
