Intervention1: Superior Laryngeal Nerve Block: After obtaining approval from the ethical committee, written informed consent will be taken from the study participants during Preanaesthetic evaluation.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 60 years ASA grade 1 and 2 Surgery not lasting for more than 3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgeries Difficult airway Head and Neck surgery cervical spine abnormalities Airway anomalies Patient with risk of aspiration Chronic Obstructive lung disease

To compare hemodynamic changes (blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation) during extubation between patient recieveing Superior Laryngeal Nerve Block and In-Line nebulisationTimepoint: At the of before extubation, 1 minute after extubation, 5 minutes after extubation, 10 minutes after extubation	—

To compare the severity of cough & post-operative sore throat between patients recieving Superior Laryngeal Nerve block & In-Line nebulisation Severity of Post-operative Sore Throat grades Grade 0 No sore throat Grade 1 Mild (complained of sore throat only on inquiry) Grade 2 Moderate (complained of sore throat only on his / her own) Grade 3 Severe coughing (severe pain associated with marked change in voice) Severity of Cough grade Grade 0 No cough Grade 1 Minimal cough (1-2 times) Grade 2 Moderate cough (3-4 times) Grade 3 Severe cough (more than 5 times) Timepoint: Immidiately after extubation, 10 minutes after extubation, 1hour after extubation, 6hours after extubation, 24hours after extubation	—
