Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with documented insufficiency of vitamin D less than 30 ng per ml but more than 20ng/mL 2.Participants should have the ability to understand the requirements of the study and are willing to abide by the study restrictions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Patients with known hypersensitivity to sun exposure. 3. Known cases of hypothyroidism or any pathological condition that interferes with vitamin D absorption. 4.Patients on drugs effecting vitamin D metabolism (anticonvulsants for epileptic seizures and neuropathic pains, glucocorticoids for overactive immune system, ketoconazole for fungal infections, anti-retro viral drugs used in the treatment of HIV)
