Intervention1: Roghan-i-Shibt: patients of test group will be subjected to Dalk-i- Layyin Kathir with Roghan shibit , The intervention of Dalk will be started at first day with 20 ML of roghan shibit

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 30-65 Years 2 Clinically diagnosed cases of knee osteoarthritis according to ACR criteria 3 Radiologic confirmation of knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade II to IV in the recent 6 months) 4 An average knee pain severity of 4 or more out of 10 on an 11-point numerical rating scale (NRS) over the past week 5 Patients of all the genders 6 Patients ready to sign the written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of knee surgery or waiting for surgery (knee replacement or knee arthroscopy) 2 Pregnant and lactating women 3 Uncontrolled DM (RBS > 250 mg/dl) and HTN (BP > 160/100 mmHg) 4 Knee pain caused by other diseases (such as autoimmune diseases, infection, malignant tumors, trauma, fracture, severe effusion of joint cavity, joint bodies, etc) 5 Patient with history of trauma and accident involving knee joint 6 History of arthroscopy within 1 year or intraarticular injection within 6 months 7 Concomitant skin disease at the application site

MeasureTime frame
. Severity of primary knee osteoarthritis will be assessed by KOOS (Knee injury & Osteoarthritis Outcome Score) & pain will be assessed by 11-point numeric rating scale (NRS) before & after the treatment.Timepoint: 15 days
