Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder using Diagnostic Criteria for Research (DCR) of ICD 10 DCR (World Health Organization, 1993) 2.Age between 18-60 years of either sex 3.Right-handed subjects 4.Educational qualification of class VIII and above 5. Patients giving written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Co-morbid severe depression as measured by a HAM-D score of 23 or more 2.Patients with co-morbid neurological or any other psychiatric disorder 3.Patients who cannot undergo MRI scan 4.Colour blind, as indicated by Ishiharaâ??s charts
