Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To determine the correlation of phase angle (PhA) measured preoperatively with the quality of recovery-15 (QoR)-15 measured at 24 hours after surgery.Timepoint: Postoperatively at 24 hours | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1. To identify the cut-off value of PhA that predicts poor QoR-15 at 24 hours after surgery. 2. To determine the correlation of PhA with the 48-hr QoR. 3. To identify gender specific cut off values that predict poor QoR-15 at 24 hours & 48 hours. 4. To determine the association of PhA with 30-day & 6 months mortality. 5. To determine association of PhA with in-hospital postoperative complications.Timepoint: Postoperatively at 24 & 48 hours, in-hospital & at 30 days & 6 months. | — |
