Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having main symptoms of pain in shoulder joint with or without radiating to arm, Stiffness of shoulder joint, Restricted movement of shoulder joint,Patients with Grade2 rotator cuff tears in MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any fracture related to joint 2. Dislocation of shoulder joint 3. Cervical radiculopathy 4. Thoracic outlet syndrome 5. Frozen shoulder 6. Diabetes mellitus 7. Patient with anyother serious systemic illness.
