Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Subjects between the age group of 21 – 65 years irrespective of gender, religion, occupation and socioeconomic status. ? Subjects fit for Basti. ? Subjects fulfilling the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for IBS. ? Subjects who are willing to give a written consent for the treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Subjects below 21 years and above 65 years of age. ? Subjects unfit for Basti. ? Condition associated with inflammatory bowel disease, and other systemic illnesses that interfere with the treatment protocol. ? Pregnant and lactating women.
