Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All married female patients between the ages of 18 and 40 who presented to ABVRH with a provisional clinical diagnosis of infertility (including primary and secondary).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patients under the age of 18 and married females above the age of 40. 2. Married female patients who refused to consent. 3. Married females with suspected infertility caused by a medication, radiation, or pituitary, adrenal, or thyroid gland issues. 4. Females who are married and have a uterine congenital abnormality.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To describe the role of transvaginal ultrasonography in detection/diagnosing various causes of female infertility (including the disorders of cervix, ovaries, adnexa, endometrium and uterus).Timepoint: 2 years.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To find the ovarian causes of infertility by measuring the ovarian volume,follicular size, & ovarian reserve assessment in form of antral follicular count. 2. To compare the diagnostic accuracy of TVS in comparison with other diagnostic modalities like hysteroscopy, MRI, histopathology etc. wherever possible. Timepoint: 2 years.
