Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergone caesarean section and their caregivers willing to participate in the study able to understand Hindi/English/Punjabi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with other gynecological conditions patients on artificial ventilator patients not willing to participate in the study
