Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: students from 18 to 25 years will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: students with any form of systemic disorder, visual problem, hearing deficiency, and a female student during the menstrual cycle will be excluded from this study

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of cognitive performance.Timepoint: ( After 1 month )Cognitive performance will be done by using critical flicker fusion frequency. Assement will be taken before starting of study and after completion of study.
