Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spermcount less than 15 million sperm/ ml progressive motility greater than or equal to 32% patient not undergone any other treatment. patient willing to sign in consent form willing to undergone semen analysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: azoospermia Diabetes mellitus STD and VD Varicocele, Cardiovascular diseases
