Control Intervention1: 4% Articaine: 1.8ml of 4% articaine given as buccal

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients allergic to local anesthetics. .Medically compromised patients. .Taking any medication like analgesics,sedatives,anti¬¬depressants. .Pathology at the site of infection. .Pregnant women and lactating mothers. .Patient with the habit of smoking and alcohol.
