Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patient of tension type headache (both episodic & chronic) on conventional drug therapy of either sex in the age group of 18 to 60 years willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy as assessed by detailed history of the patient Subjects doing regular exercise as confirmed by history of the patient Subjects with acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, muscular disorders etc. as assessed by history, general examination and medical records of the patient Subjects with history of major illnesses or on treatment for renal disease, spine diseases, heart diseases, endocrine disorders & tuberculosis, etc. as confirmed by history, general examination and medical records of the patient Subjects with history of smoking as confirmed by history of the patient
