Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of American society of Anaesthesiologist- Physical Status grade 1 2 coming for surgeries under general anesthesia with endotracheal tube

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of neck surgery Pulmonary and cardiac diseases Previous right internal jugular vein cannulation Swelling/tumor in neck
