Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have score higher than 8 in Insomnia Severity Index, Subjects those who are willing to give their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension, coronary artery disease, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular attack. People who are pregnant, lactating and menstruating.
