Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II of either sex Age between 18 and 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant women 2 Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes 3 BMI > 35 4 Cardiovascular disorders(uncontrolled hypertension, A-V block, sinus bradycardia, congenital heart disease, LVEF) 5 Hepatorenal insufficiency • Uncontrolled endocrine disorders (diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism) • Pulmonary dysfunction (restrictive /obstructive lung disease) • Patient refusal • Allergy to local anesthetics • ASA grades 3 and 4
