Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective and emergency major surgeries under anaesthesia in OT 1-12A and OT 22, 23 and 26 (total 16 major OTs) 2. Age â?? All age groups 3. Sex â?? Both

Exclusion criteria: Cases for which data is missing
