Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjective parameters for Amavata: Pratyatma lakshana: Sandhi Shota Sandhi Shola Sandhi Stabdata Associated complaints: Jwara Angamarda Aruchi Alasya Gourava Tandra Objective parameters Rheumatic Arthritis Factor – positive ESR - > 30 9 Subjective parameters for Ama Avipaka Aruchi Udara Gurutva Tandra Alasya Hrulasa Klama Balabramsha Kshut nasha Stabdata Suptata Gatra gurutva Bahumutrata So the subjects with pratyatma lakshana of Amavata and positive RAF along with minimum of any 2 Ama Lakshana will be selected for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All the patients with co-morbidities Systemic disorders which may interfere with the course of the disease & its management Pregnant and Lactating women.
