Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Low anal fistulas High anal fistulas Patient is willing to take the treatment. Patient who has signed informed written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients of age above 60 years. Pregnant and lactating mothers. Fistula-in-ano is associated with one or more of the following conditions Tuberculosis, Acute or Chronic Ulcerative colitis, Cohnâ??s disease, Positive case of Venereal disease, HIV and HBsAg in including Diabetes. Fistula associated with any Drug reaction and other Complications
