Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with varying degrees of LV systolic dysfunction, defined as LVEF less than 50 percent. Newly diagnosed LV systolic dysfunction or previously diagnosed LV systolic dysfunction (irrespective of therapy initiated)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Not willing to give consent Poor echogenic window
