Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS) >12 at screening 2.Post void residual urine volume less than or equal to 350 ml (By USG) 3.Increased Prostate gland size (Normal size-3x4x2cm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.K/C/O CA prostate 2.K/C/O Urinary bladder calculus 3.K/C/O Acute and chronic renal failure 4.K/C/O Stricture urethra 5.K/C/O PSA more than 4ng/ml 6.Patients with prior history of prostatic/urethral surgery
