Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18-60 years 2. Classical features & Diagnosed cases of Psoriasis 3. Patients willing to participate in above mentioned Hatha Yoga intervention and giving informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age group b/w >18 and 60 > 2. Psoriatic Patients with other systemic disease like, Hypertension, Anemia, Diabetes Mellitus, Jaundice 3. Patient with severe psychiatric disorders 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Patients with psoriatic complications

To assess the effect of Hatha Yoga practices on Stress, Anxiety & depression in Psoriatic Patients. assessment done by Hamilton Anxiety Rating scale Hamilton Depression Rating scale Perceived stress scale 10 Timepoint: 90 study having follow up of 30 days each.
