Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed Patients in the age group of 18-45 years, both unmarried and married (nulliparous/ multiparous) 2.Women of pelvic pathology (uterine fibroid, polyp, adenomyosis) with regular cycle with menstruation >80 ml 3.Endometrial thickness up to 18 mm included 4.Patients with history of passage of clots 5.Patients with excessive menstrual bleeding with regular cycle and lot of discomfort 6.Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Patient of age group 45 years 2Patient using OCP and IUCD 3Patients with history of any hormonal or metabolic disorder 4Patient with irregular cycle 5Patient with any severe systemic disease like severe anemia, thyroid dysfunction, hypertension, TB, Diabetes mellitus, IHD, malignancy, Blood dyscariasis 6Patient who withdraw the study
