Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3 4 and E patients

To observe the need of add on analgesia( intraoperative & post operative opioids). To evaluate overall requirements of regional anesthetic after thoracic surgeries. To study the occurrence of any adverse events. Post operative pulmonary function tests. Timepoint: At the time of extubation, 2, 4, 6, 12, 16 & 24 hours post operatively using VAS (visual alog score)score
