Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. surgery lasting one hour duration 2. patients of both genders. 3.BMI <30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with history of any hyper-sensitivity to any of the drugs used in the study. 2. patients on drugs which will alter hemodynamics. example patients on b-blockers. 3. patients with morbid obesity. 4. difficult airway/ anticipated difficult mask holding
