Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade 1 , ASA grade 2 2. Age group 18 years -60 years of either sex 3. All patients scheduled for elective Surgery and requiring general anaesthesia with Direct laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patientâ??s refusal or not giving consent. 2.Pregnancy 3.Patient with comorbidities 4.Patients with limited neck movement and mouth opening. 5.ASA grade III,IV,V,E
