Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between age group of 20 to 60 years of age irrespective of gender 2.Mild Generalized Anxitey Disorder for less than 5 years 3.Subjects with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below the age group of 20 and above 60 years of age 2.Social phobia 3.Obsessive compulsive disorder 4.Anorexia nervosa 5.Panic disorders 6.Subjects on psychiatric medication 7.Major systemic disorders like CAD 8. Pregnant and lactating women 9.Seizures 10.Bipolar disorder 11.Drug abuse 12.Hyperlipidemia 13.Un controlled Hypertension ,Diabetes Mellitus
