Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 45 â?? 65 years Both male and female are included Subjects who are already diagnosed as hypertensive. Subjects who are under medication and non-medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with other co-morbidities. Pregnancy or lactation period. Subjects with increased glycaemia profile, history of stroke, current abnormal thyroid function, chronic renal failure, psychological conditions.
