Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis without nasal polyposis Patient undergoing surgical management in the form of FESS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergic rhinitis, allergic fungal rhinosinusitis or sinonasal tumors Patients with pre existing conditions causing elevated eosinophil levels such as parasitic, helminthic, fungal infections, asthma and other inflammatory conditions. Patients with autoimmune conditions ,immunosuppression, malignant tumours and on immunomodulating drugs. Patients younger than 18 years.
