Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i.Patient willing for the consent. ii.Patients of ages between 18-70 years of both sexes iii.Patients having fissure in ano with or without tag iv.Patients having clinical feature of acute or chronic fissure in ano

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering with systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, HIV Positive, 2.Hepatitis B. 3.Known cases of Malignancy, Crohnâ??s disease, Ulcerative colitis will be excluded. 4.Patient with any type of Endocrinal Disorders. 5.Patient age less than 18 years and more than 70 years
