Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged 14 to 45 years Females diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome according to Rotterdam Revised criteria 2003 Out of 3 Criteria 2 criteria should be present Hyperandrogenism (Clinical or Biochemical) Menstrual irregularity Polycystic Ovaries on Ultrasonography Willing to give written informed consent and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females aged below 14 to above 45 years Known case of Diabetes mellitus Known case of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism Known case of Hyperprolactinemia Known case of Cushing syndrome Known case of Ovarian tumour Known case of Adrenal hyperplasia and adrenal tumour Cases with any systemic disease Pregnancy, and breastfeeding cases Patients who are taking any other medications Currently participating in any other clinical trial or participated in past 6 months
