Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
In the fetal echo Acceleration time At & Ejection time Et and At and Et ratio is used to measure pulmonary vascular maturity and Pulsatility Index and Systolic Diastolic velocities in Ductus arteriosus and Mean Pulmonary Arterial Pressure is estimated using Dabestani equation specially on right side of heart In the neonatal echo Similar data from neonatal heart and pulmonary circulation In addition to neonatal echocardiography parameters features of abnormal Transitional hemodynamics in neonate like Persistent pulmonary hypertension or ARDS or TTNB or respiratory distress or need of support or persistent cardiac shunts will be assessed Timepoint: ECHO will be done at 3 points of pregnancy & 1 in neonatal period 18 to 22 weeks routine anomaly and echo Just before stopping aspirin routine growth scan between 34 to 36 weeks 1 week before delivery routine growth scan or AFI before delivery and During routine ECHO in neonatal period

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In addition to neonatal echocardiography parameters features of abnormal Transitional hemodynamics in neonate like Persistent pulmonary hypertension or ARDS or TTNB or respiratory distress or need of support or persistent cardiac shunts will be assessedTimepoint: During routine ECHO in neonatal period
