Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age group between the 20 years to 60 years irrespective to sex religion education socio economical and marital status 2 Newly diagnosed patient of Diabetes MellitusType 2 3 Patient having DM type 2 with Fasting blood sugar level range between 126 200 mg dl Postprandial blood sugar level range between 200 300mg dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient who taking insulin therapy 2 Patient with other systemic diseases 3 Patients with DM type 2 complications 4 Patient who not willing for trial protocol 5 Pregnant woman and lactating mothers
