Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from chronic dermatological diseases attending the Dermatology Outpatient Department, aged above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to give consent 2. Patient with previous history of psychiatric illness 3. Pregnant and breast-feeding mothers 4. Patients with history of chronic systemic diseases such as diabetes, liver and renal diseases 5. Patients undergoing systemic treatment such as corticosteroid or isotretinoin were excluded. • Patients with history of alcohol or drug abuse • Patients with history covid -19 (RT-PCR positive) in the past 6 months
