Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-2, posted for LSCS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal, drug allergy, any contraindication to spinal anesthesia.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare efficacy of these 2 adjuvants in respective with intra-operative & post-operative hemodynamic parameters & analgesia.Timepoint: Sensory block: onset till T4 level & post operative 2 level regression (T4 to L1). Duration of analgesia. Time of Rescue analgesia. Motor block: onset degree of block then postoperative every 30 mins till Bromage 0. Monitoring:Intra operatively HR, RR, BP, SPO2 every 2min for the first 20min and then 10min till end of case APGAR SCORE:1 minute & 5 minute of birth of baby

To monitor for any side-effects, which may occur & treat them immediatelyTimepoint: VAS SCORE: preoperative, Immediate postoperative, 2 level regression time, Rescue analgesic time.
