Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient suffering from classical sign and symptoms of shaluka (Snoring) 2)Patient between 20 year to 55 year of age. 3)Patient willing and able to participate in the study for 21 days and follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant and lactating woman. 2)Subjects contra-indicated for Nasya and GANDUSHA. 3)Patient suffering from severe systemaic disorders like HTN ,D.M. 4)Patients suffering with other systemic chronic disorders like Malignancy, Cardiac and Renal disease. 5)Patient suffering from gross deviation of nasal septum and associated with other nasal pathology like nasal polyps etc. 6)Patient suffering from other infectious diseases. 7)Patient suffering from obstructive sleep apnea.
