Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All infertility patients visiting Prasooti Tantra & Streeroga unit of IAIM for treatment will be considered for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unable to provide data due to any reasons (like giving additional time for data collection or due to altered mental status)

Improvement in fertility factors based on etiology like follicular size, Antral follicle count, clearing tubal block, optimizing FSH, AMH, LH, serum progesterone, serum prolactin levels & improving endometrial thickness etc. ? Correction of ovulation ? Regularization of menstrual cycle ? Improvement in semen quality ? Improvement in the wellness, stress, sleep & diet scores Timepoint: Until conception or till 2 years
