Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with dementia by a doctor/physician. 2. Has clinical dementia rating score between 1.0 and 2.0 with mild to moderate stage. 3. Has the ability to give informed consent prior to the study. 4. Patients who are regularly attending the hospitals.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from illness at the time of data collection 2. Patient with severe hearing loss and has communication barrier. 3. Comorbidities of acute infection, trauma, myocardial infarction and other emergencies.
