Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single/ multiple pregnancy women and natural conception/conception by assisted reproductive technique with low placental growth factor (PlGF) value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with diseases and under treatment (Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, autoimmune disorders, hypercholesterolemia) becomes pregnant. Women are aged >40 or <18 years will be excluded
