Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both sexes Age group 10-45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic disorders like asthma , chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, interstetial lung diseases and diabetes mellitus. Pregnant females Participants with previous history of any surgical intervention done to the nose like septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery and submucosal resection Participants on aspirin, clopidogrel heparin and warfarin participants having any other pathology affecting the nasal mucosa like nasal poluposis or any nasal mass
