Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with Kidney Functional Impairment. Males and Females aged between 18-60 years. The subject is able and willing to provide consent. The subject agrees to comply with protocol and measures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who has undergone renal transplantation, dialysis, or any invasive procedures. Patient with a history of renal calculus, history of psychiatric disorders, severe cardiovascular or uncontrolled diabetes. History of hypersensitivity reaction (e.g. anaphylaxis, angioedema, exfoliated skin conditions) Pregnancy or lactation intent to become pregnant. The subjects not willing to provide consent.

To observe the changes in quality of life of patients, taking Divya Renogrit as per the treatment protocol by an ayurvedic physician through Kidney disease Quality of life questionnaire (KDQOL) questionnaire.Timepoint: Baseline to Day 60

Changes in the kidney disease patient awareness questionnaire (KDPAQ), Medication Adherence Report Scale (MARS), and Renal Treatment Satisfaction Scale (RTSQ).Timepoint: Baseline to Day 60
