Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inability to achieve greater than 160o of knee extension with hip at 90o of flexion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute/chronic Hamstring injuries 2.Recent Fracture and stiffness in lower limb 3.Recent surgeries 4.Deformities 5.Metal implants in the lower limb 6.Ligament injury around the knee joint 7.Neurological abnormalities in lower limb like sciatica etc.
