Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20 to 30 healthy active adults. 2.Both male and female. 3.BMI between 18 to 24.9. 4.FEV1 < 80 % of predicted FVC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed Respiratory conditions. 2. Any health-related problems that affects ventilatory functions. 3. Any structural deformity that would interfere with thoracic manipulation such as spinal deformity, costovertebral fracture. 4.Any cardiac disease.
