Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prehabilitation cohort Patients with curable Head and neck cancer Patients undergoing radical intent Performance status of ECOG 1 Patients who are willing to participate in the study Rehabilitation cohort Disease free 1 year completion post oncological treatment Patients who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are not completing therapy in CMC Vellore Participants unable to come for follow up as prescribed
